I emailed Total Rewards and they didn't provide any help. Needless to say, lots of junk mail inviting us back came in - but no updates on the match play. We had asked the front desk Total Rewards Representative about the program and they said I would receive notifications in a few weeks when the match play was available. We went to the high limit slots and gambled $500 each. On our first visit we were tempted into signing up for this program with a $500 match. No energy and a scam rewards program propel the other two options to the top. Horseshoe ranks last of the three for a number of reasons.
